Loudoun County, Va. — Cheers and LoCoSports have named their 2022-2023 All-LoCo boys basketball team. Tuscarora High School senior Gavin O’Malley has been named Player of the Year. Woodgrove High School head coach Konstantine Papastergiou has been named Coach of the Year.
