Loudoun County, Va. — Cheers and LoCoSports have named their 2022-2023 All-LoCo girls basketball team. Tuscarora High School senior Grace Middleton has been named Player of the Year. Briar Woods High School head coach Raven Short has been named Coach of the Year.
