Loudoun County, Va. — Cheers and LoCoSports have named their 2022-2023 All-LoCo wrestling team. Loudoun County High School senior Luke Roberts has been named Wrestler of the Year. Independence High School head coach Paul Grinups has been named Coach of the Year.
