Loudoun County, Va. — Cheers and LoCoSports have named their 2022 All-LoCo boys track & field team. Dominion High School senior Arun Mantena has been named Athlete of the Year. Loudoun County High School head coach Courtney Campbell has been named Coach of the Year.
