Loudoun County, Va. — Cheers and LoCoSports have named their 2021-2022 All-LoCo wrestling team. Independence High School junior Rafael Hipolito has been named Wrestler of the Year. Loudoun County High School head coach Kent Nagy has been named Coach of the Year.
