Boys Basketball: 2016-2017 VHSL 4A All-State Team Selected

(March 20, 2017) – The VHSL 4A has selected its all-state team for boys basketball. Loudoun Valley High School junior Jordan Miller was named Player of the Year. John Handley High School head coach Jason Toton was named Coach of the Year.
