(March 11, 2017) – Cheers and LoCoSports have named their 2016-2017 All-LoCo boys basketball team. Loudoun Valley High School junior Jordan Miller was named Player of the Year. Heritage High School head coach Sam Carpenter was named Coach of the Year.
