(November 16, 2016) – The VHSL 5A North region has selected its all-region team for football. Broad Run High School senior Meech Hembry was named Offensive Player of the Year. Stone Bridge High School senior Daniel Renaud was named Defensive Player of the Year. Stone Bridge High School head coach Mickey Thompson was named Coach of the Year.
