Girls Lacrosse: 2016 All-VHSL 5A State Team Selected

(June 23, 2016) – The VHSL has selected its all-VHSL 5A state team for girls lacrosse. Potomac Falls High School senior Sydney Knego was named Player of the Year. Potomac Falls High School head coach Jim Birks was named Coach of the Year.
